Consent and Release Form
Authors presenting must read and complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright and Consent Form when submitting a manuscript. Authors presenting must NOT check the box next to “Please check this box if you do not wish to have video/audio recordings made of your conference presentation”.
Please read and submit the Copyright Form to the Journal office. If a properly executed copyright form is not received within 48 hours of successful submission of a manuscript, the manuscript will be rejected.
