Important information
- The Author registration deadline is August 26th. Please register before that date.
- Payment confirmation, with amount, will be sent electronically. Invoice showing VAT exchange rate will be sent separately at month’s end. Payment is requested upon registration; No purchase orders. Each attendee must register separately.
- Visa letters are available upon request and will be sent out each Friday.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the non-student registration rate to ensure that it is included in the conference program. One full registration can cover up to 4 papers.
- THEMES 11 requires that each accepted paper be presented by the senior author in person at the conference site according to the schedule published. The only exception to this rule is if the sole authors of the paper are grad students or post-docs.

Refund Policy
General Attendees
Refund request should be made to regsupport@ieee.org. Cancellations will be subject to a US$50 cancellation fee before 1 September 2011. NO REFUNDS will be made after 1 September 2011.
Author No Shows
THEMES 2011 requires that each accepted paper be presented by the senior author in-person at the conference site according to the schedule published. Any paper accepted into the technical program, but not presented on-site will be withdrawn from the publication.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email and sent to regsupport@ieee.org. (no phone calls will be accepted) Please allow four to six weeks after the conference for the refund to be provided if you are eligible for a refund.
Registration fees can be transferred to another co-author under special circumstances. All transfer requests must be made in writing by email and sent to regsupport@ieee.org.
